The intensive practical course is taught in central London, over 60 contact hours and includes:

directed observation of lessons with learners taught by experienced ELT professionals
input and professional discussion sessions
tutorial support
supervised lesson planning
peer teaching practice for each candidate supervised by the course tutor
collaborative learning and feedback

Course approach

Practical teaching skills are developed through observation and practice.
Theories of teaching have little value unless they are directly related to professional practise.
Trainees develop competence and confidence through professional reflection and peer-teaching training.
